Staffing Coordinator

This is a perfect position for someone that has caregiver experience but wants to advance their career in an administrative role.  These are full-time administrative positions that don't require night and weekend work.  

The primary responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator include:

• Developing strong relationships with caregivers and nurses
• Coordinating events
• Assist in developing and implementing retention programs
• Building relationships with customers and staff
• Assist with training new caregivers
• Working with clients in their homes setting up new service plans or assisting with shifts
• Developing new skills by performing client assessments; caregiver training; field supervision  
• Work collaboratively with team members to build and maintain the schedule

Minimum Qualifications of the Staffing Coordinator:

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, valid car insurance
• Previous caregiving experience required
• Previous scheduling experience is preferred but not necessary
• Proficiency in working with cloud-based systems
