Job Description

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Position Summary:

• Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, carries out routine patient care and participating in more complex patient care needs.
• Assist residents with personal care/hygiene, mobility, activities of daily living, etc. 
• Communicates all independent observations to the team nurse/charge nurse.
• May participate in patient care conferences as assigned.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and previous Long Term Care Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a current State of Ohio Nurse Aide Certification.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
