Responsibilities:

• Vent / Trach nursing support – advanced ALS client

• Medication Administration

• Meal Preparation

• Stand-by Assist, Mobility, Transfers

• Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Light Housekeeping

• Occasional Transportation – errands or doctor appointments
