As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations to include rooms, common areas, and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities Include: 

 

  • Coordinate staff scheduling according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees
  • Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk
  • Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
  • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness
  • Displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct
  • Ensures hotel is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

 

  • Basic computer and social skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English
