Manage safety,quality,delivery, line efficiency and operator’s discipline base on annual target of department. Continuously optimize a series of operation mertrics by precticing Lean thinking and method, achieve performance target.

关键岗位职责：

• Be responsible for conducting safety laws and regulations among production line. Continuously discover and eliminate safety risk, coordinate with safety specialist, technician, ME to carry out improvement action. Take charge safety performance.
• Be responsible for conducting quality laws and regulations, quality control requirement, OMS among production line. Take charge quality performance.
• Be responsible for implementing master production schedule, control progress of production. Once abnormal is occurred, coordinate related functions to quickly fix problems. Take charge production attainment rate.
• Be responsible for leading improvement of line efficiency and arrive the target.
• Be responsible for training and developing the skills of line leaders, continuously improve jobsite management skills of line leaders.
• Continuously study Lean thinking and tools, use lean method to optimize safety, quality, line efficiency of production line.
• Be responsible reduct the cost of operation, discover and eliminate unreasonable waste.
• Be responsible for communicating with staffs and make sure winning culture is spread among operators. Continuously enhance employee satisfactions
• Be responsible for controlling 5S of jobsite.
• Be responsible for maintenance related affair.

Supervises a team of production staffs to meet the requirements of EHS, Quality, On Time Delivery, Line Efficiency, Labor Productivity, 5S, Lean Transformation and Operator Discipline etc.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering and related
2. More than 5 years’ experience in manufacturing company. 3 years’ experience as supervisor.
3. At least 2 years’ experience of Lean manufacturing
4. Good communication and data analysis ability.
5. Good leadership and team work  spirit.
6. Be capable of computer.
7. Language skill: Be fluent in English reading, writing and listening.
