Stellantis Software Organization (SWX) was established to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of automotive technology. As part of that foundation, we are seeking a lead for design and development of soft and virtual ECU's development as an integral part for our next generation's V&V platform development. The individual should be a technical leader, have the ability to develop a strong competent team that can work laterally and across multiple meta functions. The team will be global and will support all Stellantis applications utilizing the Agile methodology. Employee development and satisfaction, work management, process efforts, project workload estimation, training and onboarding will all be part of this lead's responsibility. Working closely with functional design, architecture, simulation framework, testing teams is a part of the daily work. ECU models with right fidelity will be developed and validated at all development stages. It starts with soft ECU's at the highest level, reaching to highly sophisticated simulations driven by high fidelity models down to the final target.

The primary focus of this individual will be to lead design, development, repository maintenance and version control of soft and virtual ECU's for the V&V platform, the candidate must be familiar with continuous integration and delivery methods, test automation & rollout. Furthermore, an agile testing mindset and good knowledge of MBSE, MBD and toolchains is a must. This individual must have a good understanding of AUTOSAR (both classic and adaptive) configurations -- MCALs and complex device drivers, Linux, communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN etc.), foundation -- multi core, diagnostics, OTA and HMI.
