Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s), we are excited to announce that we are looking for dynamic team members at Lakeside Neurologic TLF. If you are an individual that is self-motivated, with passion for helping others achieve opportunities and goals, then Lakeside Neurologic needs you on our team. We are leaders in rehabilitation for brain and spinal cord injury, behavioral health and skilled nursing care.

Lakeside Neurologic provides treatment for Pediatric & Adult Behavioral Health Care. Lakeside Neurologic is licensed by AHCA & DCF and is accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission. The facility is located on a beautiful 900 acre campus just outside of Wauchula, FL.

The available positions are for the TLF or Transitional Living Facility.

Lakeside Neurologic is currently offering a $4000.00 Sign On Bonus for Full Time LPN Candidates. The sign on bonus is paid as follows:

• $2000.00 on six month anniversary
• $2000.00 on the anniversary of one year of employment.

Full time Available shifts are:

7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

PRN Shifts are available

7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Qualifications for the position are:

·         Licensed Practical Nurse Degree or Vocational Nurse Certification.

·         Skilled Nursing, Sub Acute, Long-Term Care and ventilator management and care.

·         Current State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure.
