Telemarketing Representative 

Looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of success. The Telemarketer Representative, within Commercial Lines, is a crucial role to the success of the Commercial Lines Division. The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for calling and qualifying potential leads. 

Responsibilities: 

• Become knowledgeable in the products and services Capstone has to offer to our insureds
• Must be capable of making 100+ calls a day to prospects 
• Must be familiar with delivering on / exceeding goals and or targets 
• Coordinating calling efforts with marketing programs and campaigns 
• Track and manage all activities in company CRM system - keep information current by updating account information regularly and with appropriate details

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers 
• Detail oriented and organized – tasks, notes, details, etc. must be maintained accurately within our CRM
• Hard working, disciplined and coachable 
• Analytical approach to problem solving - must be good with quick / basic math  
• Competitive spirt with a will to not just win, but to be the best 
• A commitment to excellent customer service and building relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced team environment
