Our client, a family owned business, a leading organization in their field is currently looking for a fantastic Outbound Call Telemarketer to join their ever-expanding team. This candidate must be confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As a telemarketer/ lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services within the community.

Salary: $35,000 + Commission & Bonus

Location: Doral, FL

Qualifications

• Demonstrated and documented track record of EXCEEDING goals that are set

• Motivated and driven to smash sales goals

• 2+ years of outbound calling/ telemarketing experience

• 2+ years of cold calling experience

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Create relationships from a cold start

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start

• Professional phone etiquette

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies

• Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities

• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, employee information and enter into quote sheets

• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
