Temporary Recruitment Marketing Coordinator

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

The Temporary Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will assist in advancing our recruiting marketing strategy. The selected candidate will help to communicate our employment brand and career opportunities through communication and applicant engagement via social channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

• Assist in managing all social media platforms with multiple daily updates including but not limited to uploading photos, sharing blog links and recruitment updates. Familiarity with Hootsuite or Sprout Social, a plus
• Assist in the development of a social media content calendar
• Assist in developing, brainstorming and implementing comprehensive social media strategies including incentives and giveaways for increased activity to our social channels
• Ensure all jobs are posted to Job Boards in a timely manner
• Assist with the development and execution of recruitment marketing materials
• Advertise job opportunities through a variety of media outlets to include online job boards, text messaging campaigns, newspaper, e-newsletters, radio and social channels
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment outreach

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• Working towards Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communicationspreferred.

Experience

• Superior editing and proof reading skills
• Strong computer skills to include MS Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Fluency with social channels including Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn
• Excellent writing skills and a creative visual eye
• Experience managing a content calendar preferred
• Photography experience, a plus
