What You Will Do:

Call on commercial accounts selling high end air filtration systems.  This is outside sales – going onsite to meet with clients.  Typically calling on Facilities Managers; 80% prospecting with $250K of existing business. 

Commission: $75k Salary + $25-30k+ guaranteed commission + company car –  Will realistically make $110k in year one, even if you didn’t grow the market

The territory is currently $1,000,000 in sales; it’s easily a $2,000,000 market.  The current Sales Rep is retiring, you will be inheriting some terrific accounts.

2. JMO CEV leader who wants sales (no more than 1-2 previous jobs)
