We are looking for a proctor for the practice tests that we offer our students on Saturdays from 8AM-1PM or 3PM depending on the test. We offer tests at 2-3 locations on most Saturdays, and we expect that our proctors can work consistently each week.

Our practice test locations include:

• 1122 Crane St. Menlo Park, CA 94025
• 430 Cambridge Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94306
• 20665 4th Street Saratoga, CA 95070
• 5589 Winfield Blvd. San Jose, CA 95123

Responsibilities and Duties

The right proctor must be capable of:

• Always showing up promptly at 8AM and checking in with proctor coordinator

• Greeting students and parents warmly and professionally

• Assisting with COVID-related safety protocols including providing symptom screening forms

• Distributing the appropriate tests to each student

• Recording any issues or unusual things that come up throughout test day

• Timing the sections of the practice test precisely

• Scanning and filing diagnostic and class tests appropriately

• Communicating promptly with Practice Test Coordinator as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
