WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

• Create and analyze daily/weekly/monthly process test and repair yield reports
• Modify, create and maintain test logs as necessary
• Test and troubleshoot production failures and assist with issues Production Operators cannot fix
• Verify tester functionalities, maintaining verification procedures and performing/logging verification tests
• Create and maintain product test profiles as necessary, creating tickets as needed
• Improve process yields, train operators, calibrate tone testers and current panels
• Support firmware programming and failure analysis
• Provide support for Quality Control by testing, supporting process and assisting with development as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience as a Test Technician
• Ability to repair and build testers
• Experience with small hand tools and electronic assembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
