Transport AIde positions are now open for a nursing home in Far Rockaway, New York. Position will entail assissting residents to and from Medical appointements.

Requirements:

• Some experience in Nursing Home or LTC facility preferred
• Valid photo ID
• NYS certified CNA
• Physical & 1 PPD/X-Ray (Physical, 1 PPDs - dated less than 1yr old)
• MMRs (Lab Work, Titers)
