Travel Assignment availabTravel LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - $40 an Hour Housing Provided (Waterbury, CT)

Responsibilities include: 

·Providing basic patient care and treatment 

·Recording and reporting patients’ vitals 

·Communicating with residents’ families 

·Supervising the unit 

·Collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications 

·Educating and updating patients regarding medical plans and treatments 

·Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data 

Requirements: 

·Unencumbered active LPN license 

·1+ year LPN experience in a long term care environment 

·Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
