Job Description

Lineage Logistics is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the team in Novi, MI. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for banking/cash management, reporting, financial planning and analysis, and assist in the implementation of treasury best practices.

Responsibilities of the Treasury Analyst:

• Corporate cash, bank account, system administrator activities and related reporting
• Monitors and reports short-term liquidity, investing and borrowing
• Prepares and issues treasury reports related to cash, cash flow, accounts receivable credit and collections, working capital, debt, interest, foreign currency, intercompany, and various other routine and ad hoc
• Assists with lender reporting and compliance with loan agreements
• Assists with analysis on Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate risk assessments.
• Prepares documents related to bank account opening, compliance and reporting, Know Your Customer, FBAR, FATCA, Dodd-Frank, SOX, DUNS, etc.
• Assist with the implementation of a treasury workstation, bank software and other technologies
• Support the implementation of and monitors compliance with global treasury policies
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis requests

Required qualifications of the Treasury Analyst:

• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of experience in treasury or equivalent industry experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and stature to quickly gain respect and build strong working relationships across the organization, at varying levels
• High degree of enthusiasm, commitment, servant leadership skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Self-starter with the ability to streamline processes and passion to learn and grow
• Well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to produce high quality work under strict deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred qualifications of the Treasury Analyst:

• Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects), Workday and Adaptive Insights
• Strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models and data mining
• CPA/CTP or comparable professional credentials
