Reports to: Founder, CEO

We are looking for an inspirational, caring and engaged individual to be our Director. The Director is the first person to greet students and parents when they walk in the door, and as such, is the face of our company.

The Director is the leader, manager, and face of the brand. S/he will be responsible for managing our team of tutors, interacting with parents, scheduling learning sessions, and program sales

Essential Functions:

• Oversee daily operations of a fast paced learning center which caters to local students in grades 8-12
• Schedule tutors & students for regular and drop in tutoring assignments
• Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents, tutor, and students to maximize learning outcomes
• Deliver high touch front line client service with the utmost professionalism
• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients
• Manage inbound calls, conduct sales consultations with parents and onboard students

Minimum Job Requirements:

• BS/BA, Masters preferred
• 2 years of management experience
• Exceptional communication skills

• Sundays 12-6pm and Mondays-Thursdays 12PM-8PM
