Sustainable Talent is passionate about helping people and organizations realize their full potential. We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter who shares the same passion.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
• Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
• Assess incoming resumes
• Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor.
• Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
  
  

Qualifications:

• MUST have 2+ Years TECH, Professional or R4R recruitment experience/candidate sourcing or related area
• Must be able to work successfully in a remote environment
• Recruiting and interviewing skills
• Ability to conduct interviews via phone and online meeting platforms if need be
• Knowledge of candidate management systems, ATS sourcing/screening (preferred)
