Job Skills / Requirements

This is a full time Loss Prevention Agent position with a varying schedule in Elk River, Coon Rapids, and Rogers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: observing and documenting behavioral indicators, apprehending and arresting suspects, as well as assessing and de-escalating high energy situations.

This position requires a lot of walking and frequent weekend shifts.

Qualifications/Experience:
-1 year previous security/loss prevention/law enforcement or other related field experience
-Committed to providing high level of customer service
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent observation skills and awareness of surroundings
-Proven ability to problem solve and take initiative
-Ability to work in fast paced environment while juggling multiple competing tasks and demands
-Basic computer skills

High School Diploma/GED
