Responsibilities:

• Selling products and services to new and existing Verizon Wireless customers
• Handling customer service issues with various departments within Verizon Wireless
• Account management for Verizon Wireless customers, including assisting with plan changes and insurance claims
• Receiving and monitoring store inventory to prevent theft
• Meeting current sales metrics requirements

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Proficiency and understanding of mobile technology
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from shifts
• Strong negotiating and follow up skills
• Availability to work weekends and weekdays minimum 36 hours per week
• No sales experience required, career-oriented individuals preferred
