Job Description

We are a well-established small animal hospital (general practice) located in the heart of Alameda, CA. We are looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist/CSR to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are a busy practice, and we are fortunate to have amazing clients who are generally compliant and kind.

This position requires an individual to think fast, move quickly, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure. A professional and friendly nature are absolutely vital for this position. Skill-sets in the veterinary environment are incredibly helpful, and this candidate should be able to work independently, productively, and get along well with various personality types.

Our Receptionists/CSRs communicate in person, on the phone, via email and text.

Our hospital is fun and professional. NO WEEKEND HOURS! This position would be perfect for an individual interested in working in a family-based fast-paced environment.

Hourly pay is based on experience level, range $16-19/hr
