Prospect Health are delighted to be partnered with an outstanding well respected modern practice that are currently looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their multi-doctor, emergency and general practice Hospital in Florida Miami.

At this well established practice the general and speciality practice teams work shoulder to shoulder providing exemplary patient care, they pride them selves on their hospital encourages personal professional growth while understanding the importance of a good work life balance, and is focused on a healthy family work culture.

The practice will support your goals and will equip you with a state-of-the-art facility with 4 ultrasound units, video endoscopy, state of the art throscopy, Laparoscopy and arthroscope equipment, ventilators expansive Anesthesia and critical care monitoring devices, 3 digital X-ray units, a fully staffed in-house laboratory and equipment, rehabilitation equipment. They also offer a in-house blood lab and product supply at your disposal.

The practice to a short walk to Miami wide beaches where you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants Miami has to offer. You can enjoy a well balanced work and social life with Miami lively social scene and enjoy some of Miami early 20th century architecture in the art Deco historic district with pastel-colored buildings, especially on Ocean Drive.

General Practice medicine and much be confidant to carry out a wide range of tasks from promoting and maintaining health of animals thought to diagnosing and treating sick and injured animals. Other tasks include, advise owners on the care of their pets. Carry out diagnostic tests such as radiography's and ultrasound scans.


Key Duties

  • Operating on sick or injured animals
  • Neuter animals to prevent them from breeding
  • Give vaccination
  • Advise owners on the care of their pets

  • Put old, ill or injured animals to sleep
