Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Report to and work with the Head of Production on a daily basis.
  • Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for weekly videos.
  • Deliver high quality product on time and within budget
  • Supervise additional staff during video production
  • Ensure all projects are on schedule
  • Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary
  • Have constant communication with the creative team and adjust as needed during prep
  • Video set up and tear down
  • Participate in creative meetings when needed to pitch and review ideas
  • Help order, pick up and gather props for videos
  • Help organize and maintain all filming equipment
  • Help Scout and procure video locations


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment)
  • Knowledge of shooting and editing videos
  • Extensive knowledge of video production equipment
  • Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
