The Role

Mechanic Advisor is looking to hire a Creative Video Production Manager to help build and launch a creative agency within our business unit. The role will include planning and developing a go-to-market strategy for building video content that our customers and potential customers can consume.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a video content production for the business
• Source equipment and roles for the internal video production agency
• Develop a creative content strategy and communicate that strategy across the business
• Must understand all aspects of video production; including studio setup, required equipment, roles and responsibilities, and content strategy
• Work directly with stakeholders across the organization to deliver content is different forms
• Monitor and understand how customers are using and responding to our content
• Research and learn how our products and services impact our customers
• Know how the automotive industry is changing and what trends are happening

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video production experience within a technology company
• Problem-solver and a team player
• Comfortable in a startup environment, we wear many hats and collaborate cross-functionally to make sure our customers have the best possible experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in all major Google Workspace applications

Annual salary range $90,000 - 120,000
