Job Description

We are hiring a virtual assistant. As an organization, our team members wear many hats, so our ideal candidate is flexible, ready to take on new tasks, and willing to collaborate to solve problems.

This is a work from home position. We need you for 35 - 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to emails.

Schedule meetings with clients.

Manage travel plans for employees.

Issue invoices to clients.

Update the company website and social media accounts.

Managing calendars for team members, including making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, booking webinars and interviews, confirming appointments, etc.

Managing Assessment accounts - ordering assessments, distribution, reports

Coordinating relationships with business partners, including scheduling, and submitting contracts, invoices and slide decks.

Managing the general email account, responding where necessary, and directing emails to the appropriate team member.

Performing a variety of administrative work for clients and partners including branding slide decks, light data entry

Requirements:

A high school qualification or equivalent.

Prior experience as an administrative assistant.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Highly organized.
