Job Description

At Home Quality Care is looking for an LPN/LVN who has experience in a home health setting.  Create meaningful relationships with patients and family. Are you are looking for part-time or prn? Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Practical with current licensure
• Possess and maintain current CPR
• Licensed driver with current vehicle insurance
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities:

Provides direct patient care as defined in the state nurse practice act.

Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse

Assists the Registered Nurse or Physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. 

Meet the patients' needs and use equipment safely and appropriately (foot stools, side rails, Etc.)

Provide personnel care conducive to the client's safety and comfort within the organization's established policy parameters.
