WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

FULL-TIME

$25/hr

$20 - $25 starting wage depending on experience

The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor primary role is to oversee shipping and receiving processes and operations by leading, training, and guiding warehouse personnel. Shipping and receiving operations include, but are not limited to, shipping, receiving, and distributing product for retail and wholesale customers or services while providing insights, materials, equipment and supplies for warehouse personnel and customers.

Qualifications:
• Experience with conflict resolution, meeting deadlines, managing production activities and effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Experienced with Warehouse Management Systems
• Proven experience making day to day decisions that affect the overall quality of products and processes.
• Ability to supervise, train and develop employees.
• Work well with team
• Picking, packing, and shipping of chimney parts and pieces
• Managing equipment and ensuring products are shipped and received correctly
• Use of power tools, air tools, and hand tools
• Following all safety rules and materials handling procedures
• Keeping worksite clean
• Ensuring production targets are met

Schedule

Shift start: 8:00AM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
Monday-Friday with overtime

• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 21+ years old

3+ Years Supervisor/Management Experience 3+ years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics Must be experienced in operating a sit-down forklift and stand-up picker Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel and WMS software) Customer Service Experience: (Preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to read a tape measure
