Job Responsibilities
1. Perform daily farm activities & chores associated with caring for breeder turkeys, hatching eggs, farm equipment as outlined and described in department operating manuals
2. Help employees with safety, productivity, and cost control by providing personal involvement in farm management and operating decisions and problem solving
3. Ability to work some holidays

Minimum Qualifications
* Reliable transportation to and from assigned farm
* Able to work every other weekend and holidays
* 9th grade math level, reading and writing skills
* PHYSICAL: Able to lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist occasionally
* Able to wear eye and respiratory protection equipment continually

Preferred Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with good record
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two years farm experience
