Job Description:

About This Role

The Warehouse Administrator- Fixtures and Décor is responsible for overseeing that daily warehouse tasks, supporting 350+ annual projects and hundreds of weekly shipments, are accurately recorded and concisely communicated throughout the organization. This position will work closely with the Warehouse Associates to record inbound receipts, reconcile inventory, and determine daily picks for outbound shipments. This position is mission critical as Ace's overall success as it supports the opening of new stores, a key driver for Ace's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Upload and communicate daily receipts to Ace's 3PL provider.
• Receive, review, and distribute daily downloads to issue picks for warehouse associates.
• Upload truckload shipments into Transportation Management System (TMS) and create appropriate labels for small parcel shipments.
• Approve and schedule transportation for returns (RGAs).
• Address and answers retailer questions directly, and through collaborating with Ace's Customer Care Team.
• Incorporate and communicate changes from the Project Management Team into the warehouse operational plans.
• Process retailer freight bills utilizing Ace's ERP system (SAP).

Required Skills

• Minimum high school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of distribution experience is preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of professional customer service experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to interact remotely with customers and other departments.
