Job Description:

About This Role

The Warehouse Associate- Fixtures and Décor is responsible for caring out daily activities from receiving inbound shipments to picking and shipping retailer orders. This operation ships 350+ project annually and hundreds of weekly shipments to support new stores openings and remodels. This operation is a key driver to Ace's growth strategy, making this position mission critical for Ace's continued success.

What You'll Do

• Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload, post, pick and load freight.
• Use pick sheets to locate and pick product throughout the warehouse.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure quality at the source when posting and picking goods. Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Perform cycle counts per needs to help reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Work as a team member in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Participate and uphold a safe work environment.

Required Skills

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Forklift certification and prior forklift experience is required.
• Prior distribution or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel on a regular basis.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs when needed.
• Availability on weekends may be required.
