Warehouse Associate - Splitter/Packer positions immediately available!

Are looking for a full-time warehouse/production position that offers a stable schedule with 40+ hours/week, realistic production standards & BONUSES, and a family-oriented environment with plenty of potential for growth? Look no further. Ross is now hiring Direct, Full-time Associates for our Carlisle, PA Distribution Center!!!

We are looking to hire a large number of Splitter (Picker/Packer) positions across all shifts. In order to qualify for this role you must be able to do the following:

• lift up to 50 lbs. routinely and push this amount of weight on to conveyors for shipping to the store.
• RF Gun and/or Gladiator - Must be able to read, write, and understand voice commands in English or Spanish
• Stand and wear a headset 100% of shift

The splitting associate scans, picks and distributes merchandise using a best method process, from inbound SKU cartons to outbound Store cartons. Merchandise is put into cartons that are destined for an individual Store. The associate must read and follow menu-screen directions using an RF Wearable device, which informs the associate to scan, pick and distribute specific quantities of merchandise to be sent to each individual Store. Once Store cartons reach capacity, the container is closed and pushed onto the takeaway conveyor, which routes outbound cartons to the Shipping dock.

Shifts Available:

• 1st: 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday
• 2nd: 3 - 11pm Monday - Friday
• 3rd: 11pm - 7am Sunday - Thursday
• Mandatory Saturdays will be required for all positions 11/5/22-12/10/22

General Qualifications:

• Distribution Center positions involve a combination of standing, pushing, pulling, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting of up to or over 50 lbs. routinely
• You must have the ability to stand/walk continuously for the duration of your full shift, up to 10 hours
• Although you may be hired to a specific role you will be asked to cross-train on other functions, this will simply help you be successful in your career​
