Warehouse Lead

FULL-TIME

$26/hr

• Proficiently perform all associate functions in the warehouse including but not limited to: receiving, stock put away, order picking, double-checking, dispatching, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring productivity tools are implemented, maintained, and reflect current, accurate productivity standards.
• Coordinates and monitors operations within the department to ensure performance production rates are consistent with a business plan, reducing irregularities and misdirects.
• Maintains building and equipment by ensuring preventative maintenance programs are in place and loss prevention/security/safety policies are followed.
• Conducts safety and security audits; identifies and implements business solutions to address safety and security issues.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through process development and management.
• Operating forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Training, mentoring, and coaching performance of hourly associates
• Assisting Assistant Manager in assigning work to other hourly associates
• Providing expert recommendations to warehouse leadership on process improvements and implementation
• Communicating at a high level to resolve problems and provide feedback on issues.

• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old
