About This Role

The Warehouse Supervisor- Fixtures and Décor is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments for 350+ yearly projects and hundreds of weekly replenishment orders. This position is mission critical as Ace's overall success as it primarily supports the opening of new stores, a key driver for Ace's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Ensure all outbound shipments are aligned with the Project Team's deadlines to avoid any delays at the retail locations.
• Receive all inbound shipments in a timely fashion and communicate with 3PL to have inventory posted to stock.
• Record and present KPIs to various other departments on a weekly basis.
• Investigate, remedy and root cause inventory inaccuracies.
• Coach a develop other warehouse associates and administrators.
• Responsible for opening and closing the building.
• Address customer service concerns directly with retailers and other internal departments.
• Uphold safety and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
• 3+ years of prior experience working within a distribution center.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management best practices and reconciling inventory variations.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain or Business Management preferred.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma methodology strongly preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable using KPIs to drive changes and improvements throughout the daily operation.
• Processing Information including calculating, auditing, analyzing, and/or verifying information or data.
• The ability to always maintain and influence a safe work environment.

Compensation Details:

$60900 - $76200 a year
