Job Description
We seek a person who thrives on crushing goals and is a self-starter who is driven to succeed. A Sales Manager at Walters Wedding Estates should be results-oriented and eager to showcase our unique properties.

Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the entire sales process from responding to inquiries to booking
- Responds quickly to inquiries by email, phone, and texting
- Gives potential clients tours of the venues within the region
- Must be willing to travel to all venues within the region as needed
- Creates contracts and takes initial payments
- Documents thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure excellent communication
Job Overview and Requirements:
- Location: Greater Houston & Montgomery Area
- Job Hours: Full Time, Flex Schedule, should be available to work when prospective clients can tour
- Pay: $ 65,000 $ 75,000 + Total Comp
- Base Pay: $ 35,600
- Commission: Range between but not limited to: $ 29,400 to $ 39,400
- Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
- Required Experience:
- Proven record of achieving sales results
- Wedding and event sales experience is a plus
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 15 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8 hours
