Providence is currently seeking a highly motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Health Aide (CHHA) who is interested in using his/her clinical skills in a home health care setting.

***Must be comfortable using a hoyer lift, or willing to train to learn to use one.***

Responsibilities and desired skills include:

· Provides excellent personalized care in a home health care setting

· Document patient care appropriately and timely

· Collaborates well with patients, patient’s family, additional health care providers, and office staff

· Treats people with respect

· Report to Private Duty Coordinator and Director of Clinical Services, as needed

· Basic computer skills

· Organization and planning skills

· Ability to multitask

· Attention to detail

· Calm under pressure

· Time management

· Great work ethic

· Enthusiasm/ability to motivate others

· Flexible/adaptable

· Teachable

· CPR Certified

Salary: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
