Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The RN Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who assumes responsibility for the management of all nursing units.
Directly supervises, communicates and provides support to all nursing staff.
Makes frequent rounds to oversee the quality of direct resident care.
Ensures residents are comfortable, secure and all their needs are being met.
Interfaces with staff, residents, and family members and partners with them to resolve questions or concerns.
 
Qualifications/Work Experience:
  • Current RN/LPN license
  • Supervisor experience
  • 12HR shift on weekends
