Your Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to credit union members to resolve problems and enhance their financial relationship with Mountain America.
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services to members over the phone to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union.
  • Advise and assist members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts, i.e., forgeries, lost or stolen credit cards, returned checks or deposits.
  • Adhere to the philosophy and mission of the credit union in actions and communications.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Basic computer operating skills. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Training Start Date: 2/7/22 & 2/14/22
  • Training Schedule: 9am-5:30pm MDT; External new employees fully remote/virtual
  • Internal employees may be required to attend in person training
  • Shift After Training: 10:30am-7pm MDT; 9:30-6pm PDT; rotating Saturdays
  • Specific criteria must be met in order to work from home-Minimal Tech Requirements: Internet Download Speed 50 Megabytes and Upload Speed 10 Megabytes, a fiber, cable, or high-speed DSL internet service is required for your internet connection. Please note, dial up, satellite and fixed wireless internet service providers are not adequate to support work from home use.
  • Must have Home Office free of distractions, noise, with closing door.
