Job Description
Responsibilities: Respected dairy producer in Cabot, VT is seeking a manufacturing professional familiar with all aspects of manufacturing plant sanitation. Position is responsible for all sanitation procedures in a cheese cut and wrap plant. Position will be 3rd shift and have 10-15 direct reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. Significant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years in plant sanitation.
- Food plant experience is a big plus.
- Must have knowledge of CIP
- Knowledge of SQF principles strongly preferred
- Must be able to work 3rd shift (11pm - 7am)
