New plant opening. 2-lines, 1 shift. Multi-channel fresh food business serving Retail Grocery, Colleges and Universities, Healthcare and Transportation hubs operating over 6,000 locations in North America.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring food safety policies, product quality standards, sanitation, and environmental awareness are being met. Assist the front-line supervisors in ensuring GMP and HACCP program compliance. The main contact between management and Company QA. Work with quality auditors from client customers, third party, local and USDA standards by regular internal audits. Perform routine audits in the plant and warehouse through random on-floor quality checks. HACCP record keeping, review, verification, and corrective actions. Microbiological and chemical samples for lab test and verify that the results are comply with the standards.

Qualifications:

1+ years supervisory experience in QA or Food Production.

Knowledge of food safety standards, auditing, HACCP, GMPs is a plus.

Computer literate and MS Office.
