DayTwo a fast growing, innovative, Health/Tech Startup seeks a full-time ambitious, talented and experienced accounting/bookkeeping candidate to join the our new Brentwood office. The position reports to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for managing and reporting on multiple areas of DayTwo's operations.

DayTwo is the leader in telehealth-based precision nutrition that enables a path to remission for metabolic disease. Our customers include some of the largest employers and payors in the US.

What you'll do

    • Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner
    • Reconcile and manage cash and credit cards, including cash flow projections
    • Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
    • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
    • Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
    • Manage inventory on a monthly basis, including analyzing cost variances
    • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and tax requirements and advise management on needed actions
    • Assist in development of monthly reports and analysis of trends, cost variances and resource utilization
    • Other duties as assigned

You'll be set up for success if you:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred) 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient skills in Netsuite (ORACLE) and Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Willing to work in a fast paced environment
