The 4 Seasons Business Bookkeeping is ready to grow, and we need your help to fulfill our vision to become the premier business bookkeeping services provider in the United States. We’re looking for a special person who loves to help people, has well-developed communication skills, a warm and friendly telephone manner, and a real ability to relate to others.
You will be responsible for a book of clients who you will get to know and develop relationships with. You will be responsible for maintaining their books monthly and their sales tax as per schedule. This includes building, supporting and maintaining key relationships that ensure the vision of The 4 Seasons Business Bookkeeping as the best bookkeeping service in the country.
People describe you as friendly, trustworthy, optimistic, conscientious, and enthusiastic – with a healthy attitude for fun and a quick smile! You see yourself as a self-starter, mature, detail oriented, and persistent, with a methodical approach to work.
You have a strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills, including time management and systematizing all processes as much as possible. You have the desire and ability to prioritize and execute for results in a fast-paced environment. You work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines, while handling simultaneous clients. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and collaborative approach to working in a team, while highly driven and able to work independently. You have experience with QuickBooks Online and are familiar with Word and Excel. You have knowledge of basic accounting practices.
