About the role:

As a Business Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with marketing projects from beginning to end for one or more of our core integral groups – customers, carriers, and employees. You will also support Marketing Specialists and Marketing Managers with projects relating to their core category and to the marketing team.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Serves as support to the Marketing Specialists on specific projects as needed
  • Collaborates with team members to brainstorm and develop campaign strategies and ideas
  • Research assistant for content, vendors, and needed materials or services for marketing initiatives
  • Acts in an administrative capacity to maintain and manage marketing documents, files, schedules and organizational documents
  • Maintains internal marketing signage and runs errands
  • Accurately listens and interprets the needs of Sales, Sales Management and National Accounts to produce high quality and highly effective standard and custom reports to support the close of sales
  • Manages multiple requests to ensure all reports and presentations are delivered on-time prior to scheduled appointments
  • Accurately tracks customer visit data for weekly, monthly, and annual reporting
  • Monitors key online marketing metrics related to projects including; Customer Surveys, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Reviews, BBB, and Mobile App Stores

 

What you need:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related preferred
  • 1-2 years of intern or professional Marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • A natural project manager with good time management skills; most of the time, you will be juggling several projects at a time
  • Accommodate for a flexible work schedule, when necessary to ensure special event coverage
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite: MS Excel, Access and Publisher
