Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to manage the overall process of gathering functional and system requirements, in the implementation of new software and hardware, from both internal and external sources. This person acts as a liaison between the functional department, outside vendors and the IT team. The Business Analyst conducts application testing of system functionality and interfaces. They also provide technical support for resolving operational issues and answering questions that cannot be addressed by departmentally based resources. The Business Analyst provides in depth knowledge on software, hardware, and related technologies that are implemented and they ensure that the technology is properly utilized within the organization, and furnishes the greatest potential benefit.


Previous experience working with business processes in a retail environment is preferred

Experience working with Marketing Technology

Knowledge of digital marketing concepts
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or closely related field

Minimum of 3 years of business experience in Information Technology

Experience with project management / business analysis

Comfortable working in a hybrid role

Must be willing to work on-site 2-3 days a week more
