COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• $220,000 Salary Guarantee (Goes up with Experience)
• 10% Quality Bonus
• $12,000 Relocation/Sign on Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Modern Critical Access Hospital with Level 4 Trauma Designation
• All CRNA Group; Independent, Highly Collegial and Great Work Environment
• 3 OR's, 2 endoscopy suites
• Call 1:4 with Post Call Day Off (most of the time, or first out)
• Schedule: Typical 7:30 to 4:00
• New GE anesthesia equipment including multiple ultrasound machines
• CEO "Providers run the hospital, administration provides support" 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Recent Board Eligible or Board Certified
• General Anesthesia covering GS, Ortho, Endo, OB/GYN, blocks
• Must be able to function independently 
• Must be Team-Oriented
