Are you a new graduate looking for a great place to gain experience and licensure hours? Or an experienced clinician who wants a new challenge and to be appreciated for their skills? Sea Mar Behavioral Health in Everett is seeking a full-time therapist for its expanding child and family program, and we love to mentor new clinicians!

Position Summary:

The office and school based Child and Family Therapist provides mental health assessments, individual and family counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and may lead groups in a school or office setting. In addition, the therapist will provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary physicians and other community agencies.

We will train you to assess, diagnose and develop treatment plans. Other training opportunities also available. Must be willing to work early or later hours on some days, depending on school placement and office needs. Note: Sea Mar is offering tele-health therapy and in-person services at this time.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work that includes course-work in psychological diagnostics.
• Must meet WAC requirements for a Mental Health Professional.
• Child Mental Health Specialists preferred, or be willing to work towards credential.
• Computer efficiency preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual highly preferred.
  
  

Salary: $29.81-$32.67/hr. Depending on licensure. This position may be eligible for the student loan repayment program. LICSW, LMFT, and LMHC supervision available at this site.
