Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year expereince in a call center or front desk in healthcare setting
• Front office experience
• EPIC experience 
• BLS - Basic Life Support (through AHA)

Preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Pediatric experience

Responsibilities

• Answering a very high volume of calls
• Appointment scheduling for 10 clinics
• Registering new patients
• Insurance eligibility both electronic verification and over the phone
• Sending messages to nurses, providers and office staff
• Activating MyChart for patients
• Providing Telehealth instructions
• Wayfinding to clinics and answering general questions about providers and the clinic
