Commercial Lines Junior Account Manager Role Overview:
- Salary: Flexible based on experience and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and more)
- Location: In-Office at 941 Oak Street, Eugene, OR 97405, with the potential for hybrid (2-3 days in-office, 1-2 days remote).
- Work Hours: Standard Monday - Friday work hours

Commercial Lines Junior Account Manager Role Summary:
The Commercial Lines Junior Account Manager (internally titled "Account Coordinator") will assist the Account Executive, Account Representative and other department personnel by processing work associated with insurance accounts. Including but not limited to, issuing certificates of insurance, endorsements, data entry, renewal preparation and other tasks by performing the following duties.
Commercial Lines Junior Account Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
- Active Oregon Property & Casualty License
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- College degree preferred
- Strong computer skills required including proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Ideal experience also includes proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Outlook.
- Must have strong mathematical reasoning and the ability to interpret data
- Successfully handles and prioritizes multiple projects at one time
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Self-starter and team player
Commercial Lines Junior Account Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Enters accurate client information into system applications
- Processes change requests, follows up with carriers as needed, reviews endorsements for accuracy, and generates accurate invoices. Creates general correspondence to carriers and clients. Sets up Notice of Cancellations and Reinstatements. Processes final cancellations. Processes final audits and sends to insured.
- Issues certificates of insurance and evidence of property
- Prepares policies, renewals and other documents for delivery to insured
- Participates in required continuing professional development
- Working knowledge of property and casualty renewal and sales process and file management
- Participating in departmental meetings as required
- Follows Agency procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job
