Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities is accepting applications for a Community Sales Specialist to join our growing company. You will be responsible for supporting the achievement of occupancy growth at an assigned stabilized and established Resort Lifestyle Community. The goal of this position is to achieve sales goals at an assigned community within a designated time period. This position will travel up to 75% of the time, including extended stays.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support strategic sales plans and meet objectives in coordination with Community Managers and field leadership team.
  • You will work with the Senior Living (Sales) Consultant at the community leading up to the conclusion of your assignment. 
  • You will conduct outreach visits to influencers in senior living, including local community and business associations, with a focus on increasing referral sources.
  • You will complete phone calls to prospective residents, build continuous relationships and move the sales process forward by conducting tours, and completing follow-up touch-points.
  • You will document in a timely manner to keep your team and support members informed and knowledgeable of prospects.

 Qualifications:

 

  • You have an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing, preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 5-7 years Sales Experience; Senior Housing; Multi-family Residence or Hospitality, preferred.
  • You have the ability to work independently and within a team environment to promote the retirement community within the local market.
  • You can look at a given situation or problems as they arise, quickly analyze them, and then make spontaneous and effective decisions.
  • You are able to travel frequently, work in new locations and be away from home for extended periods of time.
  • You have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and e-mail.
  • Need to be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
