In this role, you will focus your efforts primarily on corporate work and will support three attorneys who handle formation of corporations. You’ ll be using your corporate knowledge to assist as needed, to work with the corporate agreements, and to keep corporate books updated. Corporate Paralegal Requirements

• At least 3 years of corporate paralegal experience
• Knowledge of commercial loans
• High level of professionalism and diplomacy
• Ability to support 3 busy individuals and work on projects simultaneously
