Overview

A position that is focused on handling customer interactions. You are responsible for addressing their concerns and promote product and client loyalty. This is a highly competitive and distinguished sales position. Earn base pay + incentives!

*Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include*

  • Resolving customer's concern, promote product and client loyalty
  • Follow and comply with a prescribed work flow/call flow
  • Up-sell/Upgrade individual products and product packages to existing customers, depending on the need
  • Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Input a customer's modification/sale into a database while ensuring accuracy
  • Overcome objections from customers in order to turn the call around and transition to a sale
  • Ensuring primary metrics are met through effortless customer experience
  • Maintaining first call resolutions
  • To keep and uphold integrity in handling customer's account information in each and every call

*Must Haves*

  • High School Diploma/GED (Associates Degree preferred)
  • 1 Year Sales Experience (within a call center environment preferred)
